Scope

ZM Production is a private internal tool operated by a single content team for its own accounts. It is not offered to the public, has no registration, and accepts no external users. These terms govern its use by that team.

Permitted use

• Reading public metrics of the team's own published videos.
• Reading basic profile and account statistics of accounts the owner has authorised.
• Storing that information in a private database for internal analysis.

Prohibited use

• Accessing data of any account the owner has not explicitly authorised.
• Artificially inflating any metric, or any other circumvention of platform rules.
• Transferring collected data to third parties.

Platform rules

Use of the application complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and with the terms of any other platform involved. Where these terms and a platform's terms conflict, the platform's terms prevail.

Availability

The application is provided as-is, for internal use, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty of any kind.

Termination

The owner may revoke the application's access at any time through the account settings of the relevant platform, which immediately ends all data collection.
